Still enjoy a good book... but let's face it... it's a superceeded technology like stone and papyrus... why are we still killing trees to write on them and what has anyone ever written that is more important than a life giving, carbon sinking, cloud seeding, water storing, erosion inhibiting... tree? The joy of books is akin to the dance of dead leaves in the wind... and comes to you care of shelves of unwanted space consuming books and the benefits of elecronic digital stop motion capture, editing and publishing... digitise them once and if the content has any value make it accessible to all people for free... then mulch those books around the tree of life... :)
What do you think?

the value of a library cannot be measured. Along with that comment I will say that it supports literacy and I am a adult literacy coach.
